How to confirm KCSE results online (schools only)

If you want to know KCSE performance for the entire school then it is possible in two ways. That is online and manual

Online: School principals can log in to the KNEC portal (https://www.knec-portal.ac.ke) using the school login details and view the performance of the whole school. You will however have to be patient as the results will not be posted the same day they are released on the KNEC portal. It can take a week or more.

Manual: This is the quickest way to get KCSE results for the entire school. Visit the sub-county director of education after the exams have been released and collect a manual copy of your school’s performance.

Next Step after KCSE exam release

The next step after the release of KCSE exams is the revision of courses via KUCCPS portal.

This is done by individual students. KUCCPS will announce the dates when the revision of courses for placement to Universities and Colleges will begin. To be notified, register for our education news updates.
