The Ministry of education has posted the 2024 form one admission letters online. You can now easily access and download your secondary school letter and joinining instructions via your phone.

Follow the following simple steps to download your 2024 form one admission letter quickly:

Step 1: Access the Form one placement portal by using the link: http://kemis.education.go.ke/searchresult

Step 2: Enter your KCPE 2023 index number (11 digits) and name as shown below and click on ‘search’. If results fail to display,worry not. Just click on ‘search’ again.

Step 3: Your admission details will be displayed as shown below. Now, click on ‘Access Calling Letter Here!!’

Step 4: This will take you to the Ministry of education form one admission letters download portal; as shown below.

Step 5: Select County and sub-county where the secondary school is found, enter your index number and click on ‘Submit’.

Step 6: Wait for the processing of your letter to be done.

Step 7: The following window will be displayed to show that your letter is available.

Step 8: Scroll to the bottom of the window and select ‘Admission Letter for (name of student). Your calling letter will open and you can download or print it.
