2024 Form One Placement Portal For Admission Letters Download To All Schools

The Ministry of Education has provided guidelines for 2024 form one placement and admission letters.

The Education Cabinet secretary Hon. Ezekiel Machogu has announced the Form One Selection results for candidates that sat for the just ended KCPE exams.
All qualified candidates have been duly placed into various national, extra county, and county schools across the country.
The KCPE candidates Form One Selection placement was based on merit, choice, and availability of space for the students.
Respective students, parents, and guardians can now proceed tp access the schools they have been placed in, eitheronlineor by sending sms through a USSD code.

First visit the Education.go.ke Form One Selection website here: www.education.go.ke
Afterwards click on the Form One School Selection System of your choice ie National schools, Extra-County Schools, County Schools, Sub-County Schools etc
The Ministry of Education, Republic of Kenya Education.go.ke Form One Selection 2023 portal will open
Proceed to select the county and sub-county you sat for KCPE then enter your index number
Finally tap the submit to check your Education.go.ke Form One Selection online

First open your Messages Application on your phone
Afterwards, send an SMS with your KCPE index number to the SMS Number 22263
You will receive an SMS containing the school you were selected to

Afterwards click on the Form One School Selection System of your choice ie National schools, Extra-County Schools, County Schools, Sub-County Schools etc
The Ministry of Education of Kenya’s Education.go.ke Form One Selection 2023 portal will be displayed
Then select the county and sub-county where you sat for KCPE then enter your index number and Submit.
Afterwards click on the “admission letter” link at the bottom of the page to access a copy of your admission letter online.
Finally use the printer icon to print or download a copy of your Form One Admission

First take the Education.go.ke Form One Admission Letter to your primary school’s headteacher to endorse the letter and stamp it in the space provided.
Then, present the Education.go.ke Form One Admission Letter for admission together with a certified copy of your birth certificate when you report to your secondary school

Note that the checking of Education.go.ke Form One Selection by SMS comes at a cost of 25 shillings
The SMS Short code works for networks such as Safaricom, Airtel, and Telkom networks in Kenya.
Don’t forget to present a stamped calling letter, original birth certificate and a photocopies on the reporting date.
If you are asked for a .go.ke email address and you you do not have one, just contact your headmaster to provide you with one in order to download your admission letter.
