Second Term 2025

Second term: Starts April 28, 2025 and ends August 1, 2025
Labour Day Public holiday: Friday 1st May, 2025
Madaraka Day Public holiday: Sunday 1st June, 2025
Eid Al Adha Public holiday: Friday 7th June, 2025
Half-term break: June 25–June 29, 2025
August holiday: August 4–August 22, 2025

Utamaduni Day Public holiday: Fiday 10th October, 2025

2025 National Examinations

The Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) and the Kenya Intermediate Level Education Assessment (KILEA) are scheduled to take place from October 27–30 and October 27–31, respectively. The KCSE will start on November 3 and end on November 23.
