CBC latest reforms: JSS new learning areas and comprehensive school system

BASIC EDUCATION

COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL SYSTEM

This will domicile Pre-Primary,Primary School (Grades 1,2,3,4,5,& 6 – KPSEA),Junior and Senior Schools under one school leader /Administrator :- PRINCIPAL.

By 2025,CBC Grade 9 will occupy F1 classroom left by 8-4-4 F2.
By 2028, the Junior and Senior Schools shall have been properly domiciled in Secondary Schools offering education Grades 7,8,& 9 (KJSEA) and Grades 10,11,& 12 (KCBE).

This will mark the end of compulsory Basic School System.
