Diploma Teachers Training Colleges 2024 Revised Term Dates

Know the revised Teacher Training Colleges Term Dates and Academic Calendar: The Ministry of Education has unveiled the revised and final 2024 academic calendar for teachers’ training colleges.

The Colleges will kick off the first term on 8th January aend on 5th April, 2024 and thereafter head on holidays from 8th to 26th April 2024.

The second term will begin on 29th April to 2nd August 2024 while the final term will begin on 26th August to 8th November, 2024.

2023 Diploma Teachers Training Colleges Revised Term Dates

The Ministry of education has released the 2023 term dates for all Teachers Training Colleges (TTCs). New trainee teachers will report for their term one on 4th September, 2023 with the term lasting for 11 weeks. They will close for holiday from 19th November, 2023 to 31st December, 2023.

Continuing students will have their 2022 term 3 from 23rd January to 21st April 2023.

Here are the term dates for Diploma in Teacher Education (Secondary) and Diploma in Primary Education students.

Tenn 1 29th August. 2022 2* December. 2022 14 weeks
Term 2 23rd January 2023 21st April 2023 13 weeks
Holiday 22nd  April. 2023 7th May. 2023 2 weeks
Term 3 8th May.2023 11th August. 2023 14 weeks
Holiday 12th August. 2023 1st September. 2023 3 weeks
Term 1 4th September. 2023 17th November 2023 11 weeks
Holiday 19th November 2023 31st December 2023 6 weeks
