They have won the championship a record thirteen (13) times. The Ugandan Kings retained the title for eleven years between 2004 and 2014. The following year (2022) Kitende were eliminated at the Semis by HighWay from Kenya; denying them an opportunity of defending their title. Kibuli SS went on to lift the boys’ football trophy and gold medals with a 2-0 win over Kenya’s Highway in the final of the 2022 FEASSSA Games at the Shiekh Amri Abeid stadium, Arusha, Tanzania.

At this year’s games, SMASK has been drawn in pool B alongside Kenya’s Silver medalists, Dagoretti High, Kibuli SS (from Uganda), Kiwira Coal Mine (Tanzania) and Rwandese Champs Ecose Musambira
