A Spotlight on Boys’ Volleyball Teams.

Kenyan teams have dominated in this category for some time; with Malava lifting the trophy a record six (6) times.

Infact, teams from Kenya have been able to bag gold a record twelve times out of the possible nineteen (19).

Kenya’s Cheptil Mixed Secondary School won the 2022 edition at Arusha,Tanzania.

The Kenyan boys beat fierce opponents, Standard High School from Uganda, 3-1 to reclaim the title they had last won in 2012.

At this year’s edition, Kenya has lined up Ruthimitu, Tumaini, Andersen and Namwela to try and defend the title.

Meanwhile, Uganda will be represented by reigning FEASSSA Silver medalists, Standard High Zzana while Rwanda has a duo of GS St Joseph’s Kabgayi and PSV Huye.

Tanzanian’s representative in Huye will be Kaliua Secondary.
