Government increases registration Fees for IDs, Passports, Birth and Death Certificates

Kenyan Government reviews upwards fees for Registration services in public offices related to Ministry of Interior.

National ID replacement has been increased from Ksh. 100 to Ksh. 2000. Those who will apply for the first time will pay Ksh. 1000.

Birth and Death certificate increased from Ksh. 50 to Ksh. 200.

Late Registration of Birth and Death Certificate increased from Ksh. 150 to Ksh. 500

Passport application fees for 34 pages increased from Ksh. 4,500 to Ksh. 7,500

Passport application fees for 50 pages increased from Ksh. 6,000 to Ksh. 9,500

Passport Application fees for 66 pages increased from Ksh. 7,500 to Ksh. 12,500.
