Issues Raised By KESSHA

🔸 Funding – Not possible to completely not charge. Sub county schools affected most.
🔸 Capitation does not cover all voteheads. Parents be encouraged to pay their dues to support educational programs.
🔸 Increase Capitation to sh. 30,000
🔸17992.20 (Recieved 22/23 FY) balance must be paid.
🔸 Schools provide solutions for parents to access uniform easily. Principals will self regulate
🔸 Proposals on change of vote head allocation to be tabled.
🔸 Activity fund be given a proper vote head. KESSHA surpots games when MOE
Is supposed to fund.
🔸Bursars can be transferred. Be employed trained.
🔸 Minimum amount required to run schools as outlined in UDA charter be provided.
🔸KNEC to ensure that exam integrity is upheld. Even after placing new measures.
🔸 KESSHA will ensure the integrity of KNEC exams.
🔸kNEC grading is unfair.
🔸 KUCCPS be applied after results are out.
🔸CBC- Evaluate path ways, analyse and determine which to follow within two years. Regulations be put to govern this.
🔸 New recruitment should consider senior secondary.
🔸 Request use of MIF to run schools.
