4. TECHNICAL SKILLS – Technical skills of particular guards can turn out to be handy, incase of need.
Their technical skills should be checked and where necessary, they be rewarded for services they render, away from their guarding assignments.
Skills such as plumbing, electronics, mechanics, current electricity can greatly be utilized, for the benefit of the secured areas or the security hiring company.
