How to Add Children, Dependants to Your NHIF Card (Simplified Procedure)

Do you want to add children to your NHIFcard? You can add your dependant by presenting the following documents to the nearest NHIF branch or Huduma Centre:

Adding a child to your NHIF card

To add a child or dependant, you will be expected to produce:

1. Copy of Birth Certificates (or birth notification for children below 6 months)
2. Copy of your ID

NOTE: You can add more than one child provided you can verify that they are yours by providing their birth certificate(s).
