Adding a child to your NHIF card
To add a child or dependant, you will be expected to produce:
- Copy of Birth Certificates (or birth notification for children below 6 months)
- Copy of your ID
NOTE: You can add more than one child provided you can verify that they are yours by providing their birth certificate(s).
