GRADE 10 TRANSFER PROCEDURE BY SENIOR SCHOOLS:

1. Use the grade 10 placement portal to effect transfer requests to your school.
2. Use the school UIC. ( Nemis Code) as username and the password you have been using to log in on grade 10 portal.
3. Click on the reques transfer button
4. Type the Assessment Number of the learners requesting to be transferred.
5. Type the joining instruction key ( found on the front page of the initial admission letter of the learner)
6. Type the reason for transfer.
7. The parent should be told that this request will delete all the other requests done earlier.No other opportunity will be available to change after this process is completed.
8. Upon placing this request the SCDE will approve for sub county schools, CDE for County ( C3) schools and PRIVATE SCHOOLS, RDE for C2 Schools and Director Secondary for C1 (National Schools)
