How to receive your KMTC Admission Letter

Dear Applicants, did you apply for admission at the Kenya Medical Training College, KMTC? Are you wondering how to get your admission letter? Wonder no more.

Process of receiving an admission letter

1. Preservice applicants

Once the selection process is complete, KUCCPS updates the portals of successful applicants with the following message:

“Dear PETER, you have secured a KMTC course for the March/ September intake, pending approval. Details will be provided at the end of the placement process.”

What happens next?

KUCCPS then sends a list of qualified applicants to KMTC for the issuance of admission letters. At the same time, applicants receive an SMS notification.

KMTC will issue admission letters based on the list provided by KUCCPS and notify candidates via SMS. Additionally, successful applicants will receive login credentials and a password to download their admission letters and joining instructions.

2. In-service applicants

KMTC will notify successful candidates via SMS. Additionally, applicants will receive login credentials and a password to download their admission letters and joining instructions.

Important notes

• Successful applicants – Beware of individuals claiming they can help you acquire an admission letter. Once selected by KUCCPS, you do not need any assistance to obtain your letter.

• Unsuccessful applicants – No one can help you obtain an admission letter if you were not selected by KUCCPS.

• Selection process – KMTC no longer handles student placement for preservice courses. This function is now managed by KUCCPS, making them solely responsible for the selection process.
