✅The Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH), an initiative of the Refugee Studies Centre (RSC) at the University of Oxford is currently recruiting a consultant to lead the design and facilitation of high-quality, graduate-level academic programming for a global cohort of learners affected by displacement.

The ideal consultant will meet the following criteria:

👉Have completed a master’s degree, preferably in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies, Development Studies, Humanitarian Action, Education, International Relations, or in another relevant field.

👉Demonstrated experience in teaching, facilitating, and executing training workshops, and seminars amongst diverse cohorts of learners.

👉 Ability to support and transfer skills to learners from diverse backgrounds and skill levels.

👉 Have robust research experience in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies, with advanced knowledge of research methods and techniques.

👉Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analysis, and report writing.

👉Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with experience working across diverse teams with empathy and sensitivity.

👉Ability to work independently, prioritise own workload, and work flexibly.

👉Commitment to the RLRH mission of enabling refugee leadership in knowledge production.
