On June 1, 2025, President William Ruto proudly reintroduced this national youth employment scheme under the new title of the Climate Resilience Service Program (CRSP). With a robust budget of Ksh 5 billion allocated by the Ministry of Roads, the program is set to uplift 113,000 unemployed youth across 46 counties (excluding Nairobi) by providing them with valuable environmental and community-focused job opportunities.

– Be currently unemployed

4. NYS Experience (optional):
– Indicate any past participation in NYS, especially if applying for leadership roles

Selected participants will work in 10-day shifts and earn a daily wage of Ksh 500, disbursed directly through M-Pesa.
