KCPE 2022 results released by CS Machogu today

The over 1.2 million candidates who sat the 2022 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) exams will know their results today. This after a longer wait occasioned by absence of President William Ruto from the country.

Education Cabinet Secretary, Ezekiel Machogu, will release the results at the new Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) offices after briefing the President.

CS Machogu has said the results are clean and with no irregularities.

“We put the necessary measures in place and I assure you there will be no cheating because we had personal accountability at an individual level from the centre manager to the security personnel, supervisors and invigilators,” said CS Machogu.

To get the results, send your full index number to the Knec SMS code 20076; immediately the results are announced.

The release of the results will be followed by the 2023 form one selection exercise.

Schools re-open on January 23, 2023 for the new academic year; as the school calendar normalizes.
