KCSE 2020 RESULTS ANALYSIS
In the 2020 KCSE Simiyu Robinson Wanjala of Muranga High School is the top candidate with a mean score of 87.334 emerged the best candidate nationally.
According to CS Magoha, said a total of 143,140 KCSE 2020 candidates scored the minimum University entry grade of C+ (plus) and above.
The total number of candidates with straight A’s in the 2020 KCSE examinations was 893.

KCSE 2020 TOP SCHOOLS WITH STRAIGHT A’s
In the 2020 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) Examinations, Alliance High School topped with the highest number of straight A’s (A plains). The school had a total of 77 candidates with grade A (plain). Kapsabet Boys came in second with 65 while, Alliance Girls had 55.

TOP 100 SCHOOLS NATIONALLY IN THE KCSE 2020 EXAMINATIONS
KCSE 2020 ranking of schools- Kapsabet Boys High school from Nandi County emerged the best school nationally in the 2020 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examinations. The school posted a mean of 10.5 (A-, minus). The 2019 best overall school, Kenya High, (see list at the bottom) scooped the second position with a mean of 10.4 (B+, plus).
Mang’u High school clinched the third position with a mean score of 10.28 which is a B+ (plus).

Most Improved Students from KCPE 2015
The CS gave the list of the most improved KCSE 2020 candidates in comparison to how they performed in 2016 KCPE examinations. he gave the names of their secondary schools and mean scores.
Also released is information on the well performed and poorly performed subjects in the KCSE 2020 examinations.
Magoha at the same time announced how the KCSE 2020 candidates performed. He read the number of candidates who scored grade A (plain), A-(minus), B+(plus), B(plain), B-(minus), C+(plus),C(plain), C-(minus),D+(plus),D(plain),D-(minus) and E.
As usual, CS Magoha did not release the ranking of schools in the 2020 KCSE examinations. This is because ranking of schools was outlawed.
Candidates who sat for the 2020 KCSE examinations can now get their results by sending an SMS with the full KCSE 2020 index number to 20076.
