KCSE Marking centers 2024, reporting dates & Best directions

Here is the list of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education,Kcse, Marking centers 2024. Also get the directions to all the marking centres plus the reporting dates.

Directions to the Knec KCSE MArking Centres

KCSE Marking Centers / Stage/Route/ matatu number

Parklands Arya:

KCSE Marking Centers at Parklands Arya: Take a vehicle at odeon number 11 going to highridge. You will see Parklands Arya before you reach Nakumatt Super Market.

Moi Forces Academy

Take Matatus plying the huruma route. The Matatu numbers are 14 and 28 and are parked near OTC.

Moi Girls Nairobi

Take a vehicle at Kencom. Just get the Kibera no.32 mattatu and alight at the Moi Girls Nairobi gate.

Buruburu girls

Take Matatu with no.23 at Gill house and alight at Uhuru then ask someone to direct you to the school’s main gate that is few meters away.

Upperhill School

Take the community vehicles at Kencom and tell the Conductor to drop you at the gate.

Sunshine School

Take Matatu Number 15 and yiou will be dropped at the school’s gate.

Maryhill School.

Use Matatu number 237 to Thika town. From Thika to Maryhill is 50/- don’t be cheated to pay high on a Motor bike.

State House Girls and St Georges

You can walk to Serena Hotel then see the two schools on your right. Or pick a boda.

Dagoreti Boys

Railways stage, number 2, alight at Dagoreti corner stage, or a light at Uthiru then take Kawangware road to Precious Riruta then Kikuyu road to Waithaka.

Murang’a TTC

Take a Matatu at station of Kenol

Alliance Boys and Girls

At Railway stage take matatu number 102 and alight at Kikuyu town.

Limuru Girls

Take a Mattau at Koja stage to Limuru. That is if you have to reach Nairobi Town Centre.

Starehe boys centre

Take Eastleigh matatu and alight at the gate.

Kiambu High School

Pick Mattau number 100 at Fire station Tom Mboya street, fare about 100-150 to Kiambu town.

Starehe Girls

Advised to take uber or Bolt as a group of 4 which goes at 480/-, share the fare, will be cheaper and convenient

Thogoto TTC

Alight at Gitaru and take Kikuyu Road.

Limuru Girls and Limuru Loreto

Alight at Kwambira. The place is terribly cold.

Kenya High

Use uber or bolt it is convenient

Ngara Girls

Use Uber or bolt coz of the bags and security but you can walk through Accra road, the best centre because it is just in Nairobi town, CBD.

Mary Leakey Girls High

At Konja stage board 118 those that pass through University of Nairobi, UoN, lower kabete campus. Alight at ‘Kwa Mbao’ stage and from there take a Boda to Mary Leaky Girls.
Those with private means from Thika road join Wangari Maathai road (former forest road), to Westlands, UoN lower kabete campus, ‘kwa Mbao’ Stage then proceed to the centre

Knec office

For those with issues at the Knec office, it is opposite St. Georges, no matatu, just walking distance but with bags Nduthi will do.

Several Examiners barred from marking over irregularities

All exam markers from Schools that had malpractices retired, asked not to report to marking centres.
“This is to inform you that The Kenya National Examinations Council has revoked your invitation to participate in the marking of 2024 KCSE Examination. Please DO NOT report to the marking centre”.
