KMTC offers a wide range of health and medical-related certificate, diploma, higher diploma, and short courses to interested and qualified students. It has over 70 campuses located in different parts of the country.

Students are at liberty choose the campus of their choice depending on the programme they wish to pursue.

The institution has a student portal where prospective students submit their applications. Successful ones can retrieve their KMTC admission letters through the same portal.

How to download admission letters from the KMTC student portal

The KMTC portal is accessible to regular and self-sponsored students. The institution has digitised its application process, meaning all applications are submitted online.

For this reason, anyone wishing to download their admission letters must have created an account on the student portal. Follow the steps below to access and download your admission letter.

  • Visit the KMTC student portal on an internet-enabled device.
  • Log into your account using your email address and password (the ones you used when creating the account during the application process).
  • Click the Admission Letter tab.
  • You will view, download, and print your KMTC admission letter.

As earlier mentioned, you can only download your admission letter after successfully applying for a course in the institution.

Currently, KMTC accepts applications submitted online via the student portal or the KUCCPS online platform. Below are the steps you should follow to apply for admission into your dream programme.

  1. Visit the KMTC website on an internet-enabled device.
  2. Click Apply Now on the homepage.
  3. You will be redirected to the KMTC student application portal.
  4. Download and read the application instructions.
  5. Create an account on the portal by clicking Register on the top right of the page.
  6. If you already have an account, enter your login details.
  7. On the left sidebar of the personal dashboard, click Application.
  8. Enter the required details and confirm all the information is accurate.
  9. Follow the prompts to complete the application documents.
  10. Attach the relevant documents as prompted. Note that this step may be temporarily waived.
  11. Submit your application and wait for communication from KMTC.
