Knec corrects errors on KCPE 2023 exam results

Candidates who sat for the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education, KCPE, exams can finally breath a sigh of relief. This after the Kenya National Examinations Council, Knec, announced that all errors in the 2023 KCPE exam results have been addressed.

According to the latest press statement from the Council, correct KCPE 2023 results have been posted on the Knec portal.

“All the cases on misalignment of results on the SMS portal have been addressed. In case of any further queries, please contact us directly.” Says a press statement from the Council.

There has been an outcry over the announced results with some of them having glaring mistakes.

The Council has at the same time dispatched the 2023 KCPE manual result slips and candidates can now access them at their former schools.

Knec has opened a 30-day window for the candidates to raise queries related to the exam results.

“Candidates are advised to visit their schools and collect the official provisional results slips and raise any query for review of their results, if any, within the stipulated 30-day period.” Knec says.
