Knec releases dates for Registration of candidates for 2025 KCSE & KPSEA Exams

The Kenya National Examinations Council, Knec, has released the registration dates for the 2025 National Examinations. Speaking in Nairobi during the release of the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, KCSE, 2024 results, KNEC Chief Executive Officer Dr. David Njengere asked schools to note the dates carefully.

According to Njengere, Registration for the 2025 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA) will begin on January 27th while Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA) and the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) registration will kick off on February 17th, 2025.

The Ministry of Education has also released the schedule for the 2025 National Examinations.

The calendar shows that all national exams will commence on October 27 save for KCSE, which will start on November 23 and end on November 23.

KPSEA will be held for five days until October 30. Candidates will sit KILEA for five days until October 31. On the other hand, KJSEA and KPLEA will subsist for nine days to November 6.
