KSSSA Introduces New System to tame players’ ineligibility in school games

The KSSSA has developed KSSSA SPORTS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM.

The cloud based system is currently undergoing a dry run expected to lapse in a fortnight.

The robust system has received the necessary approvals and will be operationalized at the commencement of Term II, 2024.

Coaches of Term II games will be expected to upload the student details into the system which has been adapted for use on mobile phones.

Timelines for the uploads will be communicated in due course.

The Principal will be granted Administrator rights for the School.
He/she will then enter;

✓The name of the School
✓The School NEMIS code,
✓Name &TSC no. of the Principal

The Principal will then assign an officer to oversee the process.

The Principal’s Assignee (e.g. HOD Games) will be responsible for registering coaches into the system- one coach per discipline.
He/she will enter in the appropriate discipline;
✓Name of coach
✓TSC no. of the coach

The Coach will be responsible for registering his/her team by uploading their details.

A comprehensive user friendly guide on how to interact with the system will be available.

The three officers mentioned above will be held personally responsible for the data input and the authenticity of the uploads made into the system.
