Volleyball Girls Team News.

Volleyball Girls has been dominated by Kwanthanze girls; if the recent past is anything to go by.

The decorated Eastern Region queens have lifted the KSSSA National title 6 times with four being in a row (2017, 2018, 2019 and 2022). They won their maiden title in 2013.

Their dominance spills over to the East Africa School Games (FEASSSA) where they have 6 titles to their name.

The reigning KSSSA, FEASSSA and Africa School Games Champs are drawn in pool A that has regulars Soweto (Nairobi Region), Vyambani (Coast Region) and North Eastern’s Representative.

In pool B, 2022 KSSSA silver medalists Kesogon from the Rift Valley will face off with Central’s Karima, Nyakach Girls from Nyanza and hosts Mwitoti from the Western Region.

In the 2022 KSSSA National games at Nakuru, Mwitoti picked a bronze medal.

Will Kwanthanze finally be dethroned or will they extend their dominance?
