KUCCPS Application Deadline, Application Guidelines & payment methods 2023/2024 intake – Best Guide

The Kenya University and College Central placement service (KUCCPS) is a department in the ministry that is responsible for admission of students to universities and colleges in Kenya.

Kuccps has finally opened the 2023/2024 online student portal where students can perform the following key functions:

  • Application for admission to an institution.
  • Revise Course Selection
  • The Checking courses offered at the accredited institutions
  • Check cut off and cluster points
  • Check available courses, requirements and institutions where offered
  • Checking admission status
  • Pay for Course application
  • Apply for inter institution transfer
  • Download admission letters

KUCCPS Application Deadline 2023/2024

Official Management of the Kenya Universities and colleges Placement Service (KUCCPS) officially announced the Deadline for submission of the KUCCPS Online Placement Application form for the 2023/2024 Academic year.

The  programmes have minimum subject requirements.

As per to Kuccps, You will only be able to apply for a course whose minimum requirements you meet, but the selection will be determined by the overall performance and the available capacity.

It is important to  view the available programmes and their requirements by clicking the Programmes tab in the portal. You can also search for courses by institution, using the Institutions tab.

While selecting the programmes, it  may move the ones that interest you into the Course Basket.

An application processing fee is charged as follows:

Those students applying for the first time – Ksh 1,500

The students revising their choices submitted in school – Ksh1,000

Official placement processing fee should be paid after you have selected courses.

Then you  are advised to keep your transaction code safely. It will be required before you make any subsequent changes to your application.
