Question: I have provisionally secured one of the courses I applied for. What does it mean? Should I apply again?
Answer: It means you have been allocated one of the courses you applied for pending further processing. You do not have to apply again or revise your choices.
Question: I have made an error while paying. What should I do?
Answer: Send us the transaction details (Mpesa code and phone number used in making the payment) via with a request to reverse. Reversals take at up to seven days.
Question: How can I know whether I am required to do a second revision?
Answer: On to your portal (dashboard), you will see a message informing you to revise your choices. An SMS has also been forwarded to the phone number you submitted with your initial application.
Question: I have not secured any of the courses I applied for yet I met all the minimum requirements!
Answer: Applicants compete for limited vacancies and some are left out due to the competition.
Question: How can I know whether I have provisionally secured a course?
Answer: Log in to your Student’s Portal and you will find the information on the Dashboard.
Question: What are the common errors made when making payments?
