KCSE candidates can apply by logging in to their KUCCP portal.

Applications should be done before April 21, 2025.

“Attention 2024 KCSE cohort! You can now apply for degree courses via the KUCCPS official portal. Log in to http://students.kuccps.net and apply. Deadline: April 21, 2025,” KUCCPS said.

Students can apply for courses at 40 public universities, 29 private universities, and the Open University of Kenya (OPUK).

In addition to degree courses, KUCCPS has also invited candidates who sat for their KCSE exams between 2000 and 2024 to apply for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programmes and Teacher Training College (TTC) courses.

All Candidates to be Enrolled

On March 20, KUCCPS CEO Dr. Agnes Mercy Wahome said universities and colleges, declared a total capacity of approximately 300,000 slots.

Wahome reassured students that all eligible applicants will secure a place in these institutions.

The number of available slots exceed the 246,391 students who qualified for higher education through the 2024 KCSE examinations.

“This week, we received the approved capacities from universities. They have declared capacities of about 300,000, so you can see that it’s more than the students who qualified for admission.

“We will place all students who qualified and who will apply for placement,” said Dr. Wahome.
