Job Description

Duties and responsibilities

1. Support the development of stakeholders engagement plan
2. Facilitate development of Resettlement Action Plans (RAP)
3. Facilitate identification, implementation and monitor Community Development Carbon Fund projects
4. Facilitate stakeholder coordination committee meetings
5. Facilitate solution for stakeholders concerns and grievances about company projects
6. Implement CSR activities
7. Facilitate resolving stakeholder and community grievances around the Company projects and operations.
8. Disseminate communication to stakeholders using the appropriate communication channels.

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Community Development , Anthropology, Social Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
