Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

1. 1. Ascertaining that claims are reported in good time and that documentation is properly done
   2. Analyzing claims and supporting documents for verification of validity.
   3. Ensuring prompt registration and acknowledgement of reported claims
   4. Reviewing claim reports and recommending settlement in line with policy liability and circumstances of loss
   5. Ensuring prompt processing for settlement on all fully documented and concluded claims and seeking approval for payment within the agreed timeframes and approval levels
   6. Consulting and advising on issues regarding claims management.
   7. Carrying out Insurance Risk Surveys fronted by Insurance Companies

Qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in Insurance or its equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
