She was a beloved colleague to other teachers and a role model to her students because of her love for teaching and her kind nature.
Naomy was in Eldoret on a motorbike when a speeding truck ran over her, killing her instantly, according to eyewitness accounts.
Her friends, family, and the entire teaching community are in mourning after the horrific incident.
Local leaders, such as politician Cynthia Muge, expressed their sorrow over the deceased teacher on social media, calling her a brilliant and devoted educator whose influence will last for generations.
Naomy’s untimely death is a loss to the entire Kaplamai community, where she was known for her friendly demeanor and steadfast commitment, as well as to her family and school.
One stunning image of Naomy—beaming in her usual serene manner—has gone popular as mourners inundate social media with tributes and memories, encapsulating the essence of a woman whose light radiated wherever she was.
