Moi Girls High School–Eldoret Alumnae Rally for Ksh 6 Million Fundraising Dinner to Build State-of-the-Art Swimming Pool

The Moi Girls High School–Eldoret Alumnae Association (formerly Highland School) will hold a grand fundraising dinner on Friday, February 27, 2026, with a target of raising Ksh 6 million for the construction of a state-of-the-art swimming pool.

The initiative reflects the alumnae’s continued commitment to enhancing facilities and expanding opportunities for students at Moi Girls High School- Eldoret.

The planned swimming pool is expected to significantly boost the school’s sports development program, offering students improved training facilities and a chance to nurture swimming talent in a safe and modern environment.

The project is seen as a major milestone in strengthening co-curricular activities while promoting physical fitness and holistic education among learners.

Chief Principal Mrs. Julia Kirui has confirmed that she will attend the highly anticipated event, noting that she would not miss such a significant occasion in the school’s calendar. She praised the alumnae for their dedication and vision, describing the fundraising dinner as a powerful demonstration of unity and shared purpose in uplifting the institution.

The elegant evening will require guests to observe a dress code of classy attire complemented by a touch of grey or maroon, reflecting pride and tradition.

Individual tickets are priced at Ksh 6,000, while corporate participation is set at Ksh 250,000, with organizers expressing confidence that the Ksh 6 million target will be achieved through collective support.
