Our banking partner KCB in collaboration with Safaricom Ltd have brought a new M-Pesa based fee payment platform that enables you to pay fees for  your child wherever you are no matter what time of day.It is Lipa Karo Na M-Pesa . Lipa Karo na M-Pesa is a KCB Bank Pay bill fees collection platform in which KCB bank operates the Pay Bill account on behalf of the school. Fees payment by this means can be done by the following easy steps.

1. Go to M-pesa Menu on your phone and select Lipa na M-Pesa
2. Select Pay Bill
3. Select Enter Business Number and Key in the code 522123
4. In the account field, enter 50229k-This is the school code for Nyamira Girls Secondary School.
5. In the same account field immediately after the school code , enter the student’s details(The student’s Admission Number and name) ie 50229K(admission number)(name)
6. Enter the amount you want to deposit as fees
7. key in your secret M-Pesa pin and then send it for processing
8. M-Pesa will send the standard Pay Bill confirmation SMS immediately after carrying out the transaction . The notification will confirm that funds have been transferred to the KCB Pay Bill account.
9. KCB will send an SMS to the school and the customer(the parent paying fees through Lipa Karo na M-Pesa) notifying both that funds have been sent to the school’s bank account for the child whose name is indicated in the notification message.

NYAMIRA GIRLS’ HIGH SCHOOL’S KCSE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS

The school has maintained a good run in performance at the Kenya National Examinations Council, KNEC, exams. In the 2018 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education, KCSE, exams the school registered a total of 233 candidates who managed to score a mean of a B+(plus) with a performance index of 67.724.
