IEBC CLERK TWO
- Receives the voters ID/ Passport from clerk one
- Checks the details of the voter from the Printed ROV
- Calls out the name and the voter’s number
- Crosses out the name of the voter from the printed ROV except the Elector’s number using the black pen.
- Identifies and directs the assisted voter and assistant to the PO
- Marks VA and indicates reason in red on extreme left hand side of the voter’s name.
- Hands the voters ID/Passport and directs the voter to clerk three
