Shortlisted CAS Candidates

The Public Service Commission(PSC) has shortlisted 224 candidates for the position of Chief Administrative Secretary(CAS).

Those shortlisted include; Ongwae, Kositany, Kimani Ngunjiri, Mwaura, Waruguru, Malala, Omanga, Bishop Wanjiru, Loiptip, Itumbi, Gideon keter, Gumbo, Outa, Simon mbugua, Kidero, Sossion among others.

The candidates will be interviewed by PSC on 1st March 2023 at Harambee Avenue, Nairobi.

SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR THE POSITION OF CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARY IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 132(4)(a) of the Constitution and Section 30 of the Public Service Commission Act, 2017, the Commission invited applications from suitably qualified for the position of Chief

Administrative Secretary in the print media and the Public Service Commission website on 13th October, 2022. The advert attracted 5,183 applications.

Following the conclusion of the shortlisting exercise, the Commission publishes the names of the shortlisted candidates as follows:

The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at the Public Service Commis- sion, off Harambee Avenue Nairobi starting on 1st March, 2023. The interview schedule showing the date and time is accessible on the Commission’s web- site.

Candidates should bring originals of the following documents:

• National Identity Card;
• Academic and Professional certificates and transcripts;
• Any other supporting documents and testimonials; and
• Current and Valid clearances from the following bodies:
  • Kenya Revenue Authority;
  • Higher Education Loans Board;
  • A Registered Credit Reference Bureau;
  • Directorate of Criminal Investigations (Police Clearance

Certificate);

• Printed Online Self-declaration Application Acknowledge-

ment Receipt or a Self-Declaration Form duly stamped by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission; and

• Recommendation from relevant professional bodies and associations (where applicable).

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

Members of the public are invited to avail any credible information of interest relating to any of the shortlisted candidates (through sworn affidavits) to the Secretary/ CEO, Public Service Commission, 4thfloor Commission House, Ha- rambe Avenue, Nairobi or online through hodrands@publicservice.go.ke so as to be received on or before 28th February, 2023.
