TSC Circular on Filing KRA Tax Returns Dated 18th February 2026
TEACHERS SERVICE COMMISSION- TSC
In compliance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, all TSC employees are required to file their individual Income tax returns for the year 2025 through the KRA online iTax platform (hetps://Itax.kra.go.ke), by 30% June 2026.
To facilitate this, employees can download their Tax deduction cards (P9 Forms) on the TSC T-pay portal. Employees who have exited service and are no longer on t-pay are advised to visit the nearest TSC county head offices for the same.
In case of any challenges in filing the retumms, you may seek assistance from TSC Accounts Division (PAYE-Section) through the following contacts: (020) 2892000 Ext: 2401/2382 or 0722 208 552/077 208 502, or email Iinfo@tsc.go.ke. You may also visit KRA Service Centres across the country or call + 254(020)4999 999/+254(07 1 1)099 999 or Email: callcentre@kra.go.ke.
