TSC update on mass recruitment of teachers 2022

The Teachers Service Commission is priming itself to employ over 13,000 teachers in the month of July. Most of these teachers will go to primary schools to fill void left by upgrading teachers who were deployed to secondary schools.

In what has been received as good news, the commission has highlighted categories of teachers who are likely to be given the first priority in the upcoming July recruitment.

Teachers serving under internship contract are the greatest beneficiary of the scheme. The Commission yet again has awarded them whopping 30 marks. Those primary school teachers who went for CBC upgrading have been also considered. They will have an advantage over the rest.

Another slot of teachers are those who furthered their studies. Those with masters degree will have advantage of 5 mark above the rest. Those with disability were not left behind neither. Their 10 marks is intact.
