About the TSC Bank Form
The TSC (Teachers Service Commission) bank form, also known as a
pay point form, is used to direct your salary to a specific bank account or SACCO. It is a physical document that you can download here and have it stamped by your school head or TSC official. Without filling this form correctly, your salary may end up in a wrong account or even held at TSC headquarters.
How to Obtain and Submit the Form
This form is a mandatory requirement during TSC employment. It must be attached on the employment form plus the bank plate in order for the Commission to process your salary in good time. Incorrectly filled form can lead to delay in appointment of a newly employed teacher to the TSC payroll and hence a lengthy wait for salary payment.
This form can also be filled by teachers on payroll and who may wish to change their salary pay points i.e from Equity Bank to KCB or a SACCO like Mwalimu National.
Fill out your details: The form requires personal details, your new bank account information, and the reason for the change (if applicable).
Attach supporting documents: You will need to attach clear photocopies of your national ID and a bank plate showing your account details.
Get it signed and stamped: Your school head or principal must sign and stamp the form to verify your employment and details. For school heads, the County or Sub-County Director provides the signature and stamp.
Submit the form: Return the completed and stamped form with all attachments to your school administration, directly to the TSC office, or in some cases, the bank can submit it on your behalf.
