TSC swap/ transfer letter

After applying for a TSC swap/ transfer via the TSC online platform, you will be expected to write a letter to the County Director.

The letter will be then signed/ forwarded to the Principal for signing.

Here is a sample of the swap/ transfer letter.

REF: Consideration/ Approval for a transfer/ swap

Am (Name) of TSC Number (No) and currently handling (teaching subjects) at (Name of current station).

I have applied for a transfer to (Name of school) via the TSC online platform.

We have reached an agreement to swap with (Name of teacher) of TSC Number (Number).

The main reason for my transfer request is (Reason; attach supportive documents).
