Induction, Mentorship and Coaching Process
- The following activities will be undertaken during the sessions:

Preparation

- The facilitator and the participants should prepare physically, psychologically and mentally for the meeting.
- The facilitator needs to assess their skills and competencies to effectively carry out the assigned TIMEC
- The participant needs to assess their needs to adequately participate in the TIMEC programme.
- The facilitator and the participant establish the operating norms and schedules.
- The facilitator and the participant agree on the goals, content and process for TIMEC
- Discuss confidentiality, boundaries, and limits as per Regulations.

- The facilitator and the participant will assess the progress by completing the Mentorship Session Log and Journal at the end of every session.
- The Journal will help both the facilitator and the participant to keep track of the areas covered, review the action plan and prepare for the next
- The facilitator and the participant maintain individual Session Logs for accountability and On successful completion of the TIMEC programme the facilitator and the participant will undertake the following:
- Evaluate the level of success of the
- Make possible recommendations and a
- Prepare an exit and follow-up
- Compile the programme reports and submit it to the relevant offices for submission to the headquarters.
