WEALTH DECLARATION DETAILS FOR TEACHERS AS FROM 1ST NOVEMBER, 2021 TO 31ST OCTOBER,2023.

Deadline: 31st December,2023 at midnight.

INCOME:

🔸Approximate Gross Income (For 2 years)

LIABILITIES

🔸Approximate amount of liabilities for 2 years

(They include Loan repayment, School fees etc)

ASSETS (OPTIONAL)

🔸Value of your assets

(State each asset and it’s approximate value)

DEPENDANTS:

🔸Names of children below 18 years

🔸Spouse name & ID number

WITNESS:

🔸Name & ID Number of a person you choose as your witness

Kindly note the following;
▪️Teachers who have been employed for less than two years are expected to make their initial declarations.

▪️Intern teachers are not expected to declare their income, Assets and liabilities.

▪️The portal can be accessed using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone.
▪️Teachers are encouraged to do it for themselves for confidentiality purposes.🙏
