Reasons behind success
Among others, here are some of the reasons for their success:
1. Acceptance that to develop talent one must have good work ethic one must not recruit players
2. Development involves teaching from zero to something
3. School support in construction of basketball courts and purchase of training balls
4. Exposure of the players in various Basketball tournaments.
5. Supportive parents since training of the girls goes on, undeterred, over the holidays.
