Butere Girls High school has once again posted a good performance at the 2023 KCSE examinations. The release of the 2023 KCSE results by Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu and the Kenya National Examinations Council caused jubilation at the top performing school.

In the 2023 KCSE examinations, the school had all the registered candidates getting a mean grade C+ and above. This means all the KCSE 2023 candidates will proceed to university in 2024.
