Are you wondering how you can activate or deactivate calls and SMS blocking on your Safaricom line? Some times, you may feel like you do not want to receive or make calls. You can easily block calls and SMS whenever you feel like doing so.
Blocking or unblocking calls and SMS is not automatic. Consequently, you will need to have the right procedures for doing all these. Read through the guide below.
Barring All Outgoing calls

- To deactivate barring of all outgoing calls from your line dial the service code: #33*0000#
Barring all outgoing SMS

How to Bar All incoming calls

How to Bar All incoming calls except home calls (when roaming)

Barring all International calls

How to Deactivate all barrings:

USING THE SAFARICOM USSD CODE, 100, TO ACTIVATE/ DEACTIVATE CALL BARRINGS
Apart from the elaborate procedures, above, you can at the same time use the Safaricom USSD code (100) to activate and deactivate calls and SMS barring.
- All that you need to do is to dial *100# from your Safaricom line.
- Then, select option 2 (Sim card queries).
- Next, choose option 3 (Calls and SMS Barrings).
