How to Log in to KCA University Students Portal online, for Registration, E-Learning, Hostel Booking, Fees, Courses and Exam Results

Universities have Students Portals that enable students to get many services online at their convenience. To access the Student Portal, one must be a duly registered student. Once admitted to university, a student is given the Students Portal Log in credentials; Registration Numbers and Password. Entry Requirements

PhD: Master’s degree in relevant field

Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Undergraduate : KCSE mean grade C+ (plus)

Diploma: KCSE mean grade C- (minus)

Certificate: KCSE mean grade D+ (plus)

Craft: KCSE mean grade D (plain)

Bachelor of Education Course Requirements:

Mean grade C+ (Plus) at KCSE and at least C+ in each of the two teaching subjects,
2 principal passes at A’Level and 1 subsidiary in relevant subjects,
Diploma in Education (May be exempted in relevant units).
P1 teachers must have scored C+ at KCSE to qualify.

Application Procedure

Fill and submit the application form to an enrollment coordinator at any of our campuses. (Pick an application form from any of our campuses or request one here
Pay the application fee through the following:
- MPESA (Paybill Number- 300078, use your Full Name or National ID number for Account Number)
- Credit or Debit cards (Visa or Mastercard)
- Banker’s cheque
- KCA Bank Accounts:

Show the enrollment coordinator the originals and submit copies of the following documents:
- Undergraduate applicants
  - High school certificate (KCSE, IGSCE, IB, etc.)
  - Academic transcripts or result slip
  - National ID or Birth Certificate or Passport
  - Two (2) colour passport size photographs
  - Proof of application fee payment (KSh 1000)
- Graduate applicants: In addition to the above,
  - Bachelors certificate and transcripts
  - Recent curriculum vitae
  - Letter from employer
  - Proof of application fee payment (KSh 3000)
If your applications is complete and you meet the admission requirements, you will be issued your Admission letter in a few minutes!
