Kazi Mtaani latest application form

2022/2023 KAZI MTAANI RECRUITMENT (THIRD PHASE)
The National Government in collaboration with the local government is hiring 6000 youth across all the 47 counties in it’s second phase of the youth Kazi Mtaani programme.The programme has been operational since 2019 and has been playing a vital role in keeping jobless youth engaged in local activities as well as help them earn a monthly stipend for upkeep and personal needs.

The 6000 youth will join the current personnel of 7300 youth who are now in the service.The initiative absorbs youth temporary for a 2-year contract that is renewable subject to the government objectives there in.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE.

The 6000 personnel are divided into two major categories, namely;

Supervisors (5200)

Service officers (800)

REQUIREMENTS

The following are the requirements for various positions.

SERVICE OFFICERS:
•Must be of good conduct and responsible citizens
•At least form four level of education with a minimum of C- or equivalent
•Must have legible, neat handwriting
•Must be residents of the sub-locations, preferably the enumeration areas, they wish to work in
•Aged between 18 and 32 years old
•Must have a national identify card.
•Be fluent in kiswahili
•Must be available from November 2022

(II)SUPERVISORS:
•Aged between 21 years and 35 years
• Must have a national identity card
•Fluent in the main local language/dialect
•Must have good communication (English and kiswahili)
•Evidence of Leadership skills/roles will be an added advantage
•Should have no criminal history.
•Must have a Diploma/Degree certificate.
•Must be able to work under little supervision.
•Must have good public relations.
