KSSSA Portal: How to update a Player’s Gender {Pictorial Guide}

Are you looking for a step by step guide on how to update a Player’s Gender on the The Kenya Secondary Schools Sports Association (KSSSA) Portal? Look no more. Here is a pictorial guide on how to update existing players’ gender.

Step 1: Logging onto the KSSSA Online Portal.

Head over to your browser (Chrome, Mozilla, Opera) on your mobile phone or Computer. Type in this link: https://ksssa.go.ke/. You can also copy this link or simply click on it. This will open the window shown below:

Step 2: Login

Enter the school’s NEMIS/ KEMIS Code and password. Then, click on Login. Incase you have forgotten your password, simply click on ‘Forgot Your Password’ to reset it. On successful logon you will see the window below:

Step 3: Accessing the ‘Records’ Tab

It is now time to update the players’ gender. First, click on ‘Records’ as shown below:

Step 4: Accessing Team Members.

From the ‘Records’ Menu, select ‘Team Members’. This will open a window like the one below:

Now, locate the player (s) whose gender you want to update. Besides the Player’s passport is the ‘Actions’ tab. Click on it to reveal the contents as shown below;

Step 5: Updating the Player’s Gender.

From the menu, select ‘Update Gender’ to see this window:

Finally, Click on ‘Select Gender’ and Select either ‘Male’ or ‘Female’. Check properly and click on ‘Update Gender’ to complete the change.

That is all that you need to do in order to change a player’s gender on the KSSSA Portal. Repeat this for all the other players.
