New demands by Gen Z Kenyans after meeting President Ruto on X Space

THE GEN Zs DEMANDS TO MR.RUTO ON FRI 5TH JULY 2024 ON X SPACE

Mr.Ruto should adhere to the following;

1. _Fire the whole cabinet and give mwananchi a chance to propose 14 names_ .

2. _Fire the Inspector general Japheth Koome of police for covering mass extra judicial killings,_

3. _Cap salaries for MPs,Senators at Ksh.300,000 and abolish women rep position._

4. _Scrap of CDF and introduce ward development funds to implement Bottom-up Transformation Agenda (BETA)._

5. _Scrap all the 51 CAS positions,Prime cabinet secretary position,reduce the number of PS from 51 to 21._

6. _Dismantle EACC and senate to reconstitute a new one._

7. _Constitute IEBC by 5th August 2024 at 9am so as we recall the MPs who go against the will of the people._

_8.Review revenue and resources allocation formula to merge demographics..I.e 3 billion was given for one Kikuyu constituency for road maintainance and the whole western being allocated 500 million._

9. _Scrap housing levy since many Kenyans have their homes in rural areas._

10. _Cap governors salaries at maximum plus allowances at Ksh.450,000._

11. _Scrap the ministerial positions (CECMs) from county governments since they increase recurrent expenditure_ _and let governors work with MCAs in different county assembly committees._

12. _Regionalize cabinet offices to various regions_ .

13. _Customize CBC within the 8-4-4 system._

14. _Appointments should not be given to retirees,tribal big wings,campaign allies or political losers._

15. _Abolish tribalism in PS appointments and managing directors of parastatals ..I e a Kalenjin in every Parastatal and ministry._
