Tanzania has reported her first ever case of the Coronavirus disease. The confirmation was made public by the Country’s ministry of health.
According to reports by the Ministry, the 46-year -old female who has tested positive for the disease arrived in Tanzania on March 15 from Belgium. She had boarded Rwandair plane and landed at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA).
Reports by Tanzania’s health Minister, Ummy Mwalimu (pictured above), the patient then left Tanzania on March 3, 2020. She visited Sweden and Germany. After which she touched down in Belgium made her way back to Tanzania on March 15, 2020.

She has since been admitted at Mount Meru Hospital.
This comes after Kenya announced two more new cases of the Virus on Sunday evening.
