About NTSA

The National Transport and safety Authority was established through an Act of Parliament; Act Number 33 on 26th October 2012. The objective of forming the Authority was to harmonize the operations of the key road transport departments and help in effectively managing the road transport sub-sector and minimizing loss of lives through road crashes.

Vision: To have an Efficient, Reliable and Safe Road Transport in Kenya

Mission: To continuously improve on Road Safety for All Users through Planning, Managing and Regulating the road transport system.

  2. I have observed that in cameras, specialized sensors help to aim automatically. The actual sensors of some video cameras change in in the area of contrast, while others work with a beam with infra-red (IR) light, particularly in low lighting. Higher specification cameras often use a mixture of both programs and will often have Face Priority AF where the digital camera can ‘See’ your face and focus only on that.
